Seems that he was trying to protect Palin. Randy may have been smitten.</p> <p>Update: According to Fox News, Barack Obama’s September rise in the polls started after the <strike>Katie Couric</strike> Charlie Gibson interview with Palin and not 4 days later with the start of the economic crisis.
