Obama unoffical winner in North Carolina
The News & Observer calls the unofficial win for Obama in North Carolina. The state still has some provisional ballots to count. Historically, the provisional ballots widen the leader’s gap. Results will be certified on Dec. 1, but the state is allowed to declare an unofficial winner.
North Carolina has 15 electoral votes moving Obama’s total to 364.
