Swing State Project:: Nov. 4, 2008 Poll Closing Times & Key Races. I think we’ll know the outcome by 9pm tomorrow when Colorado and NM close. Nevada, at 10pm, will just be gravy. Update: we’ll actually know the outcome earlier if Florida and VA both go blue. The earliest we can know anything is 6 pm, because if Indiana goes blue then there is no hope for John McCain.
